Su Cooke brings more than 25 years of experience as a chartered accountant and senior finance executive with Fortune 500 companies to the clients of Fairway Divorce Solutions. A skilled negotiator, Su has guided corporations and disparate parties through successful and profitable corporate mergers, acquisitions, global integrations and large scale Enterprise Technology/Software Resource Planning implementations.
Early in her career, Su focused on the highly-charged area of insolvency, earning a Chartered Insolvency Practitioner designation and becoming a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy. Her strong strategic insight, combined with her ability to see the larger picture, enabled Su to guide troubled companies back into profitability and stability. Her technical knowledge and understanding of the law have also proved invaluable in achieving successful turnarounds for clients from small business owners to large banks
Su qualified with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1987 after graduating from Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce (1985). Her commitment to excellence in leadership has been demonstrated in successive organizations by building cohesive customer-focused finance teams and establishing relationships across the organization. Su has completed executive leadership programs at The Centre for Creative Leadership, Wharton School of Business, London Business School and the CICA.

Lauryn Tari - Client Manager
Lauryn Tari has spent nearly 10 years working as an executive assistant for high profile, including Fortune 500, companies in the software manufacturing and health care sector. She also spent four years working in the customer service industry, providing assistance to thousands of customers in the parcel delivery industry.
Currently, the Client Manager of Fairway Divorce York Region, Lauryn is often the first point of contact for clients. Her calm and kind disposition, which invariably puts people at ease, is appreciated by both her colleagues and clients, making her an invaluable part of the team. In addition, her customer service and organizational skills help minimize potential conflicts and speed up time lines - with no detail lost.
A mother of two young girls, Lauryn understands the importance of preserving stability for children, even during the most emotionally turbulent of times. In her role, Lauryn helps couples expediently navigate the unique Fairway’s Independently Negotiated Resolution™ process, which can include comprehensive co-parenting plans, by providing support to the York Region team.

Jennifer Zubick, BA (Honours). MA. LLB, LLM
Jennifer Zubick, has provided mediation services and education for over ten years, including mediation work with the University of Windsor and the Information and Privacy Com-mission. She also holds a Masters of Laws degree in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School.
Jennifer is committed to the legal concerns of people living in regions north of Toronto, having worked as an Assistant Solicitor for the Town of Newmarket and a Policy Specialist for York Region. She has also worked as a Provincial Prosecutor for the Ministry of the Attorney General. In addition to her work with Fairway Divorce York Region, Jennifer holds a full-time professorship with Humber College, using her experience and knowledge to guide and foster the next generation of legal experts.
Earning her Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Guelph in 1992, Jennifer then went on to complete a Master of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminology followed by a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Windsor. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000.
Susan Armitage, B.R.E., M.Div., C.A.M.F.
Susan Armitage, has a Masters of Divinity Degree in Counselling from Tyndale University College and Seminary in Toronto, and is a Certified Anger Management Facilitator. She is also an Affiliate member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT), and has completed the externship and core skills training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy for couples (EFT).
Susan is an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Clinician, EMDR Trained, and has completed Brain Injury Family Intervention (BIFI) training. She works with individual adults and youth, couples and families on building emotional connections, reducing anxiety and panic disorders, depression and has a particular focus on abuse and trauma recovery and its effect on controlling anger.
